MTSM (Music Theatre Stage Management) is an internationally operating impresario that produces and tours large‑scale opera and dance productions. The company focuses on bringing productions from Asia and Eastern Europe to Western European stages, working with orchestras, choirs, soloists and dance ensembles.

Since 2016 MTSM has realised successful tours and collaborates with prominent companies; its most recent substantial production is Carmina Burana (2020–present), created in cooperation with the National Opera & Ballet of Ukraine, Odesa. MTSM stages productions at theatres in the Netherlands, Flanders and Germany and manages projects with large teams of creative and technical staff.
