Alltime Group describes itself as a Nordic leader in maintaining built environments, with a comprehensive offering across property, facility, cleaning and infrastructure maintenance. The company was founded by Jussi Tuohino and grew from the Oulu region; by 2013 it had fewer than 30 employees and has since expanded to employ over 1,000 professionals. In 2019 Alltime’s infrastructure maintenance business gained significant momentum when the city of Rovaniemi outsourced work that helped scale its operations.

Alltime’s indoor services include property maintenance and support services, and building HVAC and technical maintenance aimed at safe and energy‑efficient building operation. Its core cleaning expertise covers industrial sites with high safety standards as well as offices, residential buildings and commercial properties; the company also services public indoor areas such as swimming facilities and shopping centres in Finland and Sweden. On the infrastructure side Alltime performs land‑based maintenance contracting (typically for cities and municipalities) and maintenance of waterways. The company also maintains maritime safety devices — the site notes maintenance responsibility for over 12,000 such devices on Finnish waters.
